A quick recipe to transform your potatoes into a delicious but simple meal perfect to accompany a beef steak or a salad.

Boil the potatoes in salty water for around 40minutes. Drain them, let them cool down and peel.

Smash the potatoes using either a potatoes masher or a fork.

Let the mash cool completely.

Chop the dania or the parsley previously washed. Add it to the mash. If you like, add the garlic.

Add salt and pepper to your taste.

Knead to a smooth dough. Grease your hands with a little bit of oil, take a bit of dough and roll it in your hands. Form small balls or cylinders.

Place the potatoes nuggets in a baking tray and let them rest in the fridge for 30minutes.

In a pan pour enough seed oil and take it to temperature. Fry the nuggets by turning them till they turn gold in colour.

If you like, you can add parmisan cheese or cheddar cheese or speack cubes to the potatoes mash.

Your potatoes nuggets are ready to be served!
