Steps

Grind the Sprouts coarsely without water and remove in a bowl. Chop and the onion finely

Mix the sprouts mixture with the bread crumbs. Add the chopped ginger, curry patta, onion, chilli pest coriander leaves and the salt. Knead it all together.

Make kababs and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown

Serv it hot with sauce and chatny
