Boil the milk in a pan, add lemon juice in it, stir it till milk curdles.

Strain it in a strainer with muslin cloth on it to remove sourness of lemon, squeeze gentelly

Now make a smooth dough by kneading it for about 7-8 min with the help of palm.

Make medium sized chhena balls.

Take sugar and 4 cups of water in pressure cooker and let it boil.

Drop all chhena balls in boiling sugar syrup and pressure cook till 1 whistle, now low the flame for about 8 min.

Turn off the flame, l let it cool.

Open the lid and transfer the easy I'll as in a bowl along with sugar syrup and after cooling put them in refrigerator.

Chilled sponge rasgullas are ready to serve.
