Ingredients

  1. 2 cuphung yogurt
  2. 1/2 cupgrated paneer
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. 2 tbspchopped cashew nuts
  5. 1 inchginger chopped
  6. 1/2 tspturmuric pwr
  7. 2 tbspbread crumbs
  8. 1 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1 tspgaram masala
  10. 1/2 tspfenugreek leaves
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 2 tbspCoriander leaves chopped
  13. Oil to deep fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.

  2. 2

    Divide into equal portions.

  3. 3

    Roll each kebab in bread crumbs so that the kebabs are evenly coated from both the sides.

  4. 4

    Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry kebabs at a turn golden brown in colour from both the sides.

  5. 5

    Drain on an absorbent paper. Serve immediately with green chutney.
