Ingredients

  1. 250 gm mutton (cut into small pieces)
  2. 2 tspcoriander seeds
  3. 1 tspcumin seeds
  4. 1bayleaf
  5. to tastesalt
  6. 1/2 tsppepper corn
  7. 3-4dry Kashmiri red chillies
  8. 1"Cinnamon
  9. 4cardamoms
  10. 5cloves
  11. 2 tbspGinger garlic chopped
  12. 1/2 cupBengal gram or chana dal(soaked)
  13. Mint leaves optional

  1. 1

    Add all the ingredients in a pressure cooker except the mint leaves. Also add enough water and cook till 7-8whistles or till mutton is tender and the dal is cooked.

  2. 2

    Next strain the excess water from the mixture and grind them in a food processor.

  3. 3

    Add chopped mint leaves and divide the mixture into equal sized balls.Now flatten the balls to give them the shape of kebabs.

  4. 4

    Shallow fry till golden brown.

  5. 5

    Serve with sauce.
