Add all the ingredients in a pressure cooker except the mint leaves. Also add enough water and cook till 7-8whistles or till mutton is tender and the dal is cooked.

Next strain the excess water from the mixture and grind them in a food processor.

Add chopped mint leaves and divide the mixture into equal sized balls.Now flatten the balls to give them the shape of kebabs.

Shallow fry till golden brown.

Serve with sauce.
