Steps

Marinate minced mutton with ginger garlic paste and leave it for 15 mins

Heat the oil in a pan, add onions and let them cook till golden brown

When onion turns brown add marinated minced to it and let it cook good 10 mins on a high flame

Now add salt, red chilli, green chillies and let the cook it on a medium flame till the water dries.

Now add pinch of dry methi and coriander.

Cook it for another 5-7 mins and off the flame

Let it cool down completely.

Then take Samosa patties (store bought or homemade)

Fill it and wrap it in a shape of Samosa....

Wrap all the patties in a Samosa shape and fry it till golden brown...

Your samosa’s are ready to serve now. Serve it with ketchup, mint Chutney or raw mango chutney.

Serve like a stater, side dish, tea snack, winter snack or evening snack.
