Ingredients

  1. Chicken Kabsa:

  3. 2.2 pounds(about 1 kilogram) basmati rice
  4. 1 tablespooncumin
  5. 1 tablespoonsalt
  6. 1/2 tablespoonturmeric
  7. 1onion, chopped
  8. 1/2 tablespooncloves
  9. 2 tablespoonsoil
  10. 2 tablespoonstomato paste
  11. Tomato
  12. Cheese & Olive Goulash:
  13. Packagephyllo dough
  14. 1/2 cupolives
  15. 1 cupmozzarella cheese
  16. 1 cupgrated Romano cheese
  17. 1/2 cupoil
  18. Salt and black pepper
  19. 2eggs
  20. 2 cupsmilk

Cooking Instructions

    "Cheese & Olive Goulash"

    Prepare a baking dish, brush it with oil, place two sheets of phyllo dough, then brush with butter. Repeat with two more sheets until half the dough is used.

    Mix the Romano cheese, olives, and mozzarella cheese and use as filling.

    Place the remaining phyllo dough on top, then brush the top layer with oil.

    Beat the eggs and milk, season with salt and pepper, pour the mixture over the goulash, and bake in the oven.
