California Farm Turkey Goulash Stuffed Sweet Pepper

I always keep some frozen meals ready for when in a hurry. Stuffing sweet green and red peppers is one on my regular standby’s. This one is stuffed with frozen turkey goulash, topped with parmesan cheese, ready under an hour from freezer to table.
If you want to make a whole turkey goulash from scratch, 3 hours or overnight does it, but then you are rewarded with 24 dinners. The recipe in here is worth it, and a full meal is a dollar.
