Steps

Cut the Potatoes into thin strips

Wash two three times till the starch washes away

Now keep it in the refrigerater soaking in water for 30 minutes

Drain the water and mix sugar salt and turmeric powder
- 5
Heat oil in a deep pan
- 6
Take small part of the Potatoes and fry till it become golden brown
- 7
Repeat the process with the remaining potato strips
- 8
Finally once again fry the Potatoes altogether

Cool it down and store in airtight container
