8-9hours
5-6 servings
  • 1 bowlpuree of ripe mango
  • to tastesugar
  • to tastesalt

Steps

8-9hours
  1. 1

    Mix sugar and salt in mango puree

  2. 2

    Take a pan,add puree cook on medium flame till puree start to leave the pan edges

  3. 3

    Now take a greased dish spread this according to your thickness

  4. 4

    Dry it in sunlight for 8 hours after that cut in pieces
