Steps

Put crushed potato, onion,Carrot, Frebchbin,Peas,Salt, Garam Masala, Green Chilli & Bread Crumbs in a bowl and mix.

Take some mixture and make it in a ball shape and press by finger on it.

Dip ball shaped Choup into ghol of maida & corn Flour and coat with crushed sewai.

Keep coated Choup in refrigerator for approx 30 minutes

Dip fry Choup in oil.

Vegetable Choup Nest is ready. Now garnish it with coriander leaves and small egg shaped paneer.

Serve it with desired chutney.
