Cut the upper and lower part of the lady's finger

Heat oil and add the lady's fingers and saute

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it gets properly cooked

Dry grind the mustard seeds

Add the mustard powder and green chillies and mix

Finally add sugar toss the lady's finger and remove

Serve it with plain rice or flat breads
