Steps

Heat the pan and add 2 tsp of oil

Add chopped onions, green chillies, fry for 2 to 3 minutes and add ginger garlic paste and saute for another 2 minutes and add methi, spring onions and saute for another 5 minutes and add kheema to it and let it boil for 5 minutes

Add turmeric, chilli powder, salt.after few minutes add garam masala and cook it until the oil oozes out.

Cut the top of the bell pepper and clean it inside and stuff this kheema into it and heat it in oven for 1 or 2 minutes.Take care that bell pepper should not get cooked over as it might fall off. So check it in between.

Remove from oven and add grated cheese to it and heat it again in the oven for 20 seconds
