1 cupgram flour (besan)
2 cupwheat flour (aata)
1 cupChopped coriander leaves (dhania)
4chopped green chilles
1 tbspred chilli powder
1 tbspturmeric (haldi)
1 tbspcumin seeds (jeera)
1 tbspfeenel seeds (ajwain)
4 tbsprefined oil
to tasteSalt

Take besan and aata in big bowl

Than add all the ingredients into it

Mix well all the things with water and make dough and by applying oil on it cover it for 15 min

Now with dough make a puri shape and deep fry in oil and serve with chutney or sauce
