Ingredients

15-20 minutes
4 servings
  • 8Eggs
  • as neededOil for deep frying
  • For batter
  • 1 cupAll Purpose Flour / Maida
  • 2 tspRice Flour or Cornflour
  • 1 tspChilli Powder
  • 1 tspFreshly Ground Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 pinchFennel seed powder
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 pinchBaking soda
  • as neededWater

Steps

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    Hard boil eggs, peel them, and cut them in half

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients for the batter to a smooth paste

  3. 3

    Heat oil for deep frying.

  4. 4

    Dip the halved eggs in the batter and fry in hot oil till golden.

  5. 5

    Drain on to some paper towel.
