Knead maida, salt, oil with warm water & keep aside fr 15 minutes.
Boil khema with ginger garlic paste, salt & pepper. - 2
Heat oil add jeera, chopped chilli, khema, red chilli powder, salt,garam masala powder, coriander leaves.
Mix all well & cook till dry.
Let it cool & add boiled potato. - 3
Make small balls of flour.
Roll them in oval shape.
With a help of knife give cuts in centre. - 4
Take some filling give it shape of log & place it in middle.

Seal the ends.
Using thumb & index finger seal both ends.
Shallow fry the roll.
Before serving brush with butter & bake fr smtime. - 6
