Mix all the ingredients except leaves with wheat flour

Add salt and sugar

Make a soft dough with water added to it

Rest it for 10 mimutes

Now take small portion of the dough and roll into the desired shape

Shallow fry it in a tawa and fry

For green chutney grind the leaves into a smooth paste

Add salt and lemon juice mix well

Serve the paratha with the green chutney
