Ingredients

500 gbroccoli, chopped
500 gcauliflower, chopped
400 gsweet corn
Sprinkle of parsley
Pinchsalt
Pinchblack pepper

Steam chopped cauliflower and broccoli just for few minutes (approximately 10 minutes)

Allow to cool then pour into a bowl add sweet corn,parsley and salt and pepper

Served with boiled pumpkin with a bit of sugar and and 1 tablespoon margarine, also potato salad, rice and stew
