Broccoli is the good sauce of dietary fiber. It is yummy and very healthy.

Cut the broccoli and boil with salt. Use the flower portion then the taste will be good. The lower portion can be used.

Boil the eggs. Peel the skin of the eggs.

Chopped the onion finely. Chopped green chilies and garlic roughly.

Mash hot boiled broccoli using fork.

In the pan heat 2 tbsp oil and add onion, garlic and green chilies. Add some salt and fry them well.

In the plate take the fried onion, garlic and green chilies and try to mash little with fork.

Then add 2 tbsp oil, salt to taste and mashed broccoli and mix them very well.

Then add the eggs and mix them very well. Vorta is ready to serve with steamed rice.
