A simple spice rub. The meat tenderizer I choose is MSG free it's Adolf 's meat tenderizer.

A simple spice rub. The meat tenderizer I choose is MSG free it's Adolf 's meat tenderizer.

Gather the spices together.

Mix it all together and you can store in an air tight container, freeze, and kept as long as the other spices are kept.
