Today i am going to show you how a simple semolina and coconut halwa can look tempting. You will need a sharp knife, plate, some fondant flowers and some edible pearls and pistachios.

Steps

In a pan melt the butter and add semolina
Roast until golden brown
Add coconut powder and roast for one minute
Add milk and stir until all milk is absorbed
Add sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved and the butter leaves side
Halwa is ready. Transfer in a serving dish and decorate.
I have decorated with knife and garnished with pistachios. Please use your imagination and garnish with any fruits, fondant dry fruits etc. - 2
