Take a bowl add chilled cream and beat it with blender. Add sugar and vanilla essence and beat it till it becomes smooth and creates soft peak. Now take a glass layer it with mango puree first in second layer add whipped cream for 3rd layer add chopped mango now add vanilla ice cream on the top of it and repeat the layers. Serve chilled.
