  • 1 cupGrated bottle gourd
  • 1cupMilk
  • as neededSugar
  • 1tspCardamom powder
  • as neededDry fruits
  • 1/2 cupKhoya
  • as neededGhee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a heavy bottom pan

  2. 2

    Add little ghee saute grated bottle gourd after water evoparates add milk

  3. 3

    Cook on a low flame till milk avoparates

  4. 4

    Add sugar, khoya and dry fruits

  5. 5

    Stir till it gets a good texture
