Take a pan add 1 tbsp oil then add sliced onion fry until transparent.

Then add ginger/garlic paste,red chilli powder and salt.

Add chicken mince and let it cook for 5-10 mins on medium flame.

Then add spring onions, chopped onion, chopped green chillies mix well and keep the stuffing aside.

Now take a bread slice,dip in water squeeze out excess water and add 1 tsp Chicken stuffing and wrap the stuffing tightly by pressing between palms.

Now dip the roll into the slurry

And give a nice coating with bread crumbs

Continue coating all bread slices until done.Keep in refrigerator for 1 hour

Then heat sufficient oil in a pan

Drop rolls in oil and Fry the rolls on medium flame 2-3 at a time.

Your crispy and crunchy rolls are ready to serve.Enjoy with any dips of your choice.
