For kadhai gravy, pound the coriander seeds and whole red chillies.

Now add ghee in a kadhai and saute the garlic and garlic paste until light brown.

Then add the pound spices into the ginger garlic paste and saute for 30 sec.

Then add tomatoes and saute till fat release.

Add fenugreek, salt and mix it well. Now your kadhai gravy is ready.

Now for the kadhai chicken fry the chicken and keep aside.

Heat oil in a kadhai and tempered with dry masala.

Add diced vegetables and saute for a minute.

Them add kadhai gravy and saute.

Add chicken and mix it properly and adjust seasoning.

Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
