  • 500 gchicken
  • 1medium onion
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1/2 glasscoconut milk
  • 3 tablespoonscooking oil
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • Apinch of salt

    Dice chicken,add garlic and salt then boil until drained.

  2. 2

    Add oil and sliced onions. Stir while cooking to brown.

  3. 3

    Add sliced tomatoes. Continue to stir.

  4. 4

    Add coconut oil. Cook for 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Best served hot.
