Steps

Take besan in a bowl and add suji,salt,turmeric and prepare a smooth bater with 1 and 1/2 cup water.

Prepare the steamer to steam dhokla using 1glass water.and cover it to boil.

When water boil in steamer,then add eno in bater and mix gently and nicely in one direction.

Transfer the bater in a greased tray/plate and place it in steamer for 25 minutes to steam.

Meanwhile prepare tadka to add in dhokla. For that heat oil in tadka pan and add mustard,green chilli.let it crackle.add remaining 1 n1/2 cup water and add sugar and lemon juice.let sugar dissolve nicely.

When dhokla is ready(check it inserting knife.if it's clean dhokla ready) add tadka to it.

Cut it in desired shape and serve with green chutney.
