Grind all the green chutney ingredients. Soak the tamarind and gud and squeeze the pulp

Add a lot of water salt and chaat masala to the tamarind and gud pulp to make a watery juice

Add a spoonful of the green chutney to the tamarind and gud juice

Add a finely chopped onion fresh coriander leaves and salt to the boiled and mashed
- 5
Make small holes in the puris. Fill them with boiled and mashed potatoes and chilled tamarind juice and serve
