Brad's grits for breakfast

Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Saute onion, pepper, and garlic on med low heat until onion is translucent.

Add water and bouillon to onion. Bring to a boil.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan to fry egg. Fry egg to taste, I did Sunnyside up. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.

When water boils, add dry grits. Stir well. Reduce heat to a simmer. Stir very often until grits become creamy and soft. Add cheese and remove from heat. Continue stirring until cheese is incorporated.

Plate grits. Put eggs on top. Sprinkle tobasco sauce around the outside. And salsa verde over eggs. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
