Steps

Take a medium sized mixing bowl add boiled potato and peas add garam masala, salt and chopped coriander leaves mix them along with bread crumbs.

Make a medium sized balls and flatten them.

Shallow fry the patties until golden.Drain on a kitchen tissue.

Slice and toast the multigrain buns.

(Assemble) Take a toast bun Spread some ketchup place the patties then the lettuce onion, tomato and cucumber slices add the mayonnaise dressing, place the dressing other side of bun also.

Veg burger is ready serve with french fries and tomato ketchup.
