Mash the potato add salt mix well.

Fry the golgappa on medium flame drain on kitchen tissue.

Place the golgappa into the serving plate fill the golgappa with potato mixture.

Serve immediately and enjoy kids..

Pour curd and sweet tamarind Chutney.

(For tamarind chutney) Take small bowl dip the tarmarind pulp in the water for half an hour.

Take a pan heat on add the tamarind mixture and 1 tsp dry mango powder and 1 tsp sugar pinch of salt cook until thick consistency. Ready
