  2. 250 gmsugar
  3. as neededRefined oil
  4. 4 spoonGhee
  5. as neededWater
  6. 1 tspBaking powder

    Make sugar syrup

  2. 2

    Make a dough of maida adding baking powder and ghee

  3. 3

    Make a fat size chapati and it into small square shape pieces

  4. 4

    Fry those pieces in low flame

  5. 5

    Put all pieces into sugar syrup and mix it well until it becomes dry and off the gas
