Smoked Pork Chops with Potatoes in Red Sauce

Roast the tomatoes, onion, garlic, and chiles. After roasting, hydrate the chiles.

Chop the pork chops into small cubes and fry them.

Cut the potatoes as desired and fry them lightly.

Blend the tomatoes, onion, garlic, chiles, and spices very well, then set aside.

Remove the pork chops and, in the same pan, bring the blended sauce to a boil. Season with salt and pepper, then add the pork chops and potatoes.

Let it boil for about 15 minutes, and it's ready.
