Soak the dal 2 hrs

Strain and grind

Now mix little salt and cumin seeds

Beat with hands till fluffy

Heat oil and make vadas

Fry them and dip in water

Beat the curd

Arrange vadas in a platter

Pour curd

Sprinkle salt.cumin seeds and chat masala

Finish with both the chatnis

Serve chill
