This incorporation of groundnuts in your githeri will bring back githeri back to your weekly menu.
Steps

Boil maize & beans together

When they are almost done, add your groundnuts and boil till tender

In a separate sufuria, heat oil

Put in your finely chopped onions and fry to golden brown
- 5
Add tomatoes & fry to tenderness, a little tumeric then put in the peeled sliced potatoes.

Let it simmer till almost soft then add your githeri njugu
- 7
Mix it well & voila...
