#Babies and toddler's recipe
Most of the children do not want to eat fruits. That's why today I prepared pineapple sheera for babies. It is very yummy and has soft milky taste with beautiful aroma. It is so easy to prepare and easy to feed the children.
Cashew and raisins may not be added if prepared for children because chashew and raisin may cause choking hazard.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupPineapple puree
  • 1& 1/2 cup Kesar milk
  • 1/2 cupSugar
  • 1/2 cupSemolina
  • 1/4 cupGhee
  • 1Bay leaf
  • For the garnish
  • as neededCashews
  • As neededraisins

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan and add bay leaf for seasoning.

  2. 2

    Add semolina and fry till the semolina leaves the aroma.

  3. 3

    Now add pineapple puree and mix well together on a low flame.

  4. 4

    Add kesar milk and sugar, Stirring continuously.

  5. 5

    Let it cool for atleast 1/2 an hour.

  6. 6

    Garnish with cashew and raisins before serve.
