Chopped the ridged gourd

Heat the oil in a pan add cumin seed after crackle of cumin seed add chopped onion and green chillies saute till golden brown then add chopped tomato and ridged gourd saute for 2 min

Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt and garam masala mix well

Cover with lid in medium flame check it between after 2-3 mins for 12-15 min

Check it out ridged gourd soft and cook properly

After cook properly then garnish with coriander leaves

Serve with roti and paratha
