Ingredients

  1. 1 packetspagetti
  2. Salt
  3. 4 piecesFresh tatasi
  4. 1/4 kgFresh tomatoes
  5. 2 teaspoonCurry
  6. 1 teaspoonThyme
  7. 1medium Titus fish
  8. 2big Onion
  9. 3Stock cubes
  10. 1 sachetSeasoning
  11. 2 clovesGarlic
  12. 2Ginger
  13. Vegetable oil for frying
  14. 2 piecesCarrot
  15. 1Green pepper

Steps

1hr 20minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the spagetti for 15minutes and rinse.boil again and add salt wait till is soft and no water left then bring down from heat.

  2. 2

    Cut,rinse and boil the Titus fish with onion,salt,Thyme and curry for 5minutes.fry with vegetable oil for 3minutes.

  3. 3

    Blend the fresh tatasi,fresh tomatoes,Garlic,ginger, Boil the paste for 40minutes.

  4. 4

    Pour in vegetable oil and stir very well,fry for 20minutes with continuous stirring to avoid it getting burnt.pour in the fish stock and stir.

  5. 5

    Pour in 1/2 cup of water and boil for few mins then add curry,Salt,Stock cubes,seasoning and onion.stir and boil for another 10minutes.

  6. 6

    Rinse and slice the green pepper and carrots.
