  • 4 slicesbread
  • 1egg
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1/2 tspvanilla extract
  • 2 tbspoil to shallow fry

  1. 1

    In a bowl, whisk egg, sugar, milk and vanilla extract.

  2. 2

    Dip bread in this batter. Heat oil in a pan. Shallow fry the breads from both the sides.

  3. 3

    Take out in a kitchen towel to remove excessive oil. French toast is ready.
