Ingredients

20 minutes
5 servings
  • 2 cupself raising flour
  • 1duck's egg
  • 1quarter cup oil
  • 1 tea spooncinnamon
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 tablespoonsugar

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Put your flour, cinnamon, sugar and salt in a bowl

  2. 2

    Add your eggs and whisk

  3. 3

    Add milk and oil

  4. 4

    Meanwhile heat your pan

  5. 5

    Scoop a bit onto your non stick pan and spread with a fork

  6. 6

    Cook till bubbles form on top

  7. 7

    Turn and repeat
