Stuffed bottle gourd

Peel two small pieces of bottle gourd and scoop out from centre to make a hole lengthwise.

Grind onion, tomatoes, ginger, green chilli in a grinder. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder in it and mix well.

Now fill this stuffing mixture in bottle gourd.

Take a flat surface pan and heat oil in that, place these stuffed bottle gourds in it and pour extra stuffing material on these bottle gourds then cover it with a lid.

Change sides of the bottle gourds after few mins so as to fry these from all sides.

It will take almost one hour to cook.

Note: flame should be very low to cook it from inner side too.

Serve after garnishing with chopped coriander leaves.
