Ingredients

  • 500 gmlady fingers
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspchilli powder
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 1lemon
  • 50 gmmustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil in a pan and put cumin seeds in it

  2. 2

    When cumin seeds are crackle then add lady fingers and saute them till they are crispy

  3. 3

    Now add all the dry masala mentioned above

    When cooked switch off the gas and squeeze the lemon and serve hot with chapati
