Slice the bread and cut into round shape. Deep fried the bread pieces and keep it aside.

Reduce the milk to half it's total quantity and mix well, sugar, saffron, and elaichi powder together.

Soak the fried bread pieces in milk till they are soft.
- 4
Arrange the bread pieces on a serving plate and pour rabdi on top of them. Garnish with silver leaf, rose water, pistachios and saffron.
