Here is how my grandmother showed me to do bar b cue ribs. As I share this, she is 95 years old and still going strong. Wepa!

Ingredients

  1. 1 rackor even half a rack of St. Louis style pork ribs
  2. Adobo seasoning
  3. Black pepper
  4. Montreal style seasoning
  5. Yellow mustard
  6. Distilled white vinegar
  7. Barb cue sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First boil your ribs in a huge pot. Make sure to add a generous amount of vinegar. (1 cup)

    Continue to boil for approximately 1 hour. Some of the fat and grease should be floating on top.

  3. 3

    Remove the cooked ribs from the pot into an aluminum pan.

  4. 4

    Season both sides with Adobo, pepper and Montreal style seasoning.

  5. 5

    Smear a thin coating of yellow mustard on both sides evenly, mixing it with the seasoning.

    Cover with foil and pop into the oven for 30 min. (350 degrees).

  7. 7

    Remove and pour a generous amount of bar b cue sauce on both sides.

  8. 8

    Return to the oven for 10 minutes.

  9. 9

    Take out and fix with whatever sides you may like.
