Ingredients

30minutes

1chicken cut in 4 pcs remove the skin
Thick curd 1cup(remove the water from the youghert)
Garlic ginger paste 1tabspoon
2 tbLime juice
Garam masala. 1tab
Tamato paste. 2tab(Home made)
1/4 tea spoonYellow food colour
Oil 2tab spoon
Salt,black pepper as per taste
Mix all spices in thick curd

Pork the chicken with knife

Apply the curd paste to chicken

And leave for marination for 2 hours then roast on the charcoal jiko or roast in the oven for 30 minutes at 180c

Serve with Salad of grated carrot & cabbage tamrind & coconut chutney
