1/2 Cupeach carrots and peas finely chopped
1 cupfrozen corn kernels
2green onions
1 tspcumin
1 tspsalt
1/3 cupyellow cornmeal
1 cupplain breadcrumbs
1/2 cupvegetable oil for frying

Mix all the above ingredients and form a dough. Add bread crumbs if required.

Now start shaping into round cutlets and shallow fry on a hot tawa.
