Steps

Soak the rajma overnight and boil it the next morning till it's soft

Grind the boiled rajma into a coarse paste in the grinder

Heat some oil in a pan and put the sliced onions and garlic into it and saute it for a while
- 4
Put the Besan into the pan and put all the powder masalas and saute it
- 5
Once the masala is cooked put the rajma paste and mix well. Keep it aside to cool

Once cool form tikkas of it and shallow fry in oil
- 7
Remove the tikkas and serve with tomato sauce or green chutney.
