Cinnamon French Toast Sticks

True fact: I love sweet things for breakfast; pancakes, muffins, cakes. Growing up I have always adored french toast but it was always the classic version. In uni, I started rediscovering new ways of making french toast and honestly it is the best thing ever!

The cinnamon sticks are a new thing to me and they are so easy and it only takes 15 minutes to make them.

I really do recommend using frozen or stale bread where possible so that the bread does not absorb much of the egg, you do not want to have soggy french sticks.
