Absolutely delicious for breakfast! When I have it, I may throw some spinach leaves on it as well. It’s good with that also.

Absolutely delicious for breakfast! When I have it, I may throw some spinach leaves on it as well. It’s good with that also.
Cooking Instructions

Boil eggs. For this recipe I like them medium boiled. Place eggs in boiling water for about 6-7 minutes. Remove and immediately put in ice bath.

While boiling eggs, toast English muffin.
- 3
Slice avocado into medium pieces.
- 4
Slice 2 slices of tomato, thin.
- 5
When eggs cool, peel and slice.
- 6
Place tomato and avocado on English muffin. Top with egg slices.
- 7
Season with salt free seasoning and basil. Enjoy!
