  • 250 gmपालक
  • 2प्याज़
  • 2टमाटर
  • 3,4हरी मिर्च
  • अदरक
  • 50 gmकाजू
  • 2 tspखसखस दाना
  • 5,6इलायची
  • 1,2तेज पत्ता
  • 1 tspजीरा
  • 1 tspहल्दी
  • 1 tspधनिया
  • 1 tspलाल मिर्च
  • 1 tspगरम मसाला
  • 2 tspकसूरी मेथी
  • 1कप क्रीम
  • नामक स्वादसनुसार
  • तलने के लिये तेल
  • 1 tbspबेसन
  • 1 tbspकॉर्नफ्लोर

  1. 1

    पालक को धो कर बारीक काट ले।एक पैन में एक tsp तेल गरम करे।उसमे पालक दाल कर भुने।उसका पानी सूखा ले ।अब उनमे बेसन डाले।थोड़ा सा नमक,मिर्च डालें ।और ठंडा होने दे।

    पनीर को मेस कर ले नामक डाले।थोड़ा सा इलायची पाउडर डालें।और छोटी छोटी गोली बना ले।

    पालक को हाथ मे फैला कर पनीर की गोली को कवर करे।

  4. 4

    एक कड़ाही में तेल गरम करे ।पालक पनीर की जो बोल्स बनाये हैं उनको कॉर्नफ्लोर से रेप कर के तले ।

    अब तेल में जीरा,तेजपत्ता डाल कर प्याज़ का पेस्ट डाले।गुलाबी होने तक भूने।

  6. 6

    अब हल्दी,धनिया,मिर्च डालें।2 मिनट भुने।

  7. 7

    अब टमाटर पीस कर डाले।तेल ऊपर आने तक भूने।

  8. 8

    अब काजू,खसखस का पेस्ट बना कर डाले । अच्छे से भुने ।

    एक ग्लास पानी डाल कर धीमी आंच पर 10 मिनट पकाये।

    गरम मसाला,क्रीम डालें।

    कोफ्ते को बीच से दो भाग करे।।

    सर्विंग डिश में ग्रेवी डाल कर कोफ्ता रखे ।

    रोटी,नान,पराठा आदि के साथ सर्व करें ।
